Structure:Self-sealing ring is made of metal material or non-metal material. The head face could be column, and the end face is a cone.
Features:Self-sealing converts the medium pressure on the cylinder to the sealing pressure on the end face. The higher the medium pressure, the higher the sealing pressure, so the high pressure sealing can be realized. Self-tight sealing is the use of the characteristics of the structure, so that the sealing element, the end of the cylinder, the top of the seal pressure increases with the increase of working pressure. Self-sealing does not need a larger bolt pretightening force, the higher the pressure, the greater the sealing pressure, the better the sealing performance. When  the working conditions changes, the sealing is still reliable.

Self-sealing is easy to install with its excellent sealing performance. Self-sealing ring is an important seal of internal pressure self-sealing connection structure.

Self-sealing's wroking principle: Under the action of pre-tightening force, the sealing ring produces elastic-plastic deformation and seals the upper chamber of the valve. Under the action of test pressure or high temperature and high pressure working medium, the sealing ring produces plastic deformation and has good sealing performance.

The materials of high temperature and high pressure self-sealing ring are pure iron, low carbon heat-resistant alloy steel, stainless steel, expanded graphite, etc.
